My wife Pamela and I moved to the unique community of St. James over a decade ago. We were drawn to the Southport area by the uniqueness and beauty. St James seemed a perfect place to enjoy our hobbies of golf, tennis and relaxing on the beach year round. Pamela was formerly with Allen Tate Realtors in Charlotte, NC and has been in sales for over 30 years. I retired from IBM and Solectron (combined 35 years) where I managed Quality/Reliability Engineering and later was a Program Manager for Microelectronics Manufacturing. Since then, Pamela and I have worked together to help our future friends and neighbors find their perfect property here.
