After a 20-year career in Industrial Automation, I finally chased my dream of being in real estate in 2001, and it has been a wonderful journey ever since. It began by working with two of the largest developers in the North Carolina coastal region before venturing into general real estate in 2005. A year later, I opened Carolina Plantations Real Estate in Ocean Isle Beach. We are a niche player in our market, as we primarily focus on working with folks from the Mid-Atlantic to New England to Midwest states who are considering Southeastern, NC for a place to retire and/or purchase a second home.
