A North Carolina native, Matt has lived in Asheville since 1999. His real estate practice focuses on Asheville and the surrounding area. Prior to general brokerage he owned and operated a real estate based marketing firm that provided services to several of the areas largest master planned community developers. Recently he became a partner in an Asheville-based real estate team with Keller Williams. Although Matt lists homes for sale across all price ranges, he specializes as a buyer agent whose central philosophy is that by listening and providing sound information, he enables his clients to make the right decisions for themselves as opposed to trying to dictate terms on their behalf. His practice is based on the highest degree of principles and on representing his clients with expertise and integrity.
