Karyn's love affair with Seabrook Island first began when she and her husband John first vacationed there 20 years ago. A world traveler, Karyn believes that Seabrook Island is one of the most special communities anywhere. Natives of the Philadelphia Area, Karyn and John owned and operated a successful real estate agency there for 25 years and were consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents nationwide. Karyn is totally versed in all aspects of real estate, both new construction and existing home sales. Her strong work ethic, integrity and well-honed negotiating skills help her to provide extraordinary service to her clients. Karyn is intimately involved in the Seabrook community. She is a past board member of the Seabrook Island Natural History Group and volunteer at Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding Academy. Karyn is currently on the executive board for the S.I.D.O.G.'s ("SEADOGS") group and is an acting co-chair under the fundraising umbrella for The Alan Fleming Tournament, which is held on Seabrook Island each year and benefits Hospice of Charleston. In her spare time, Karyn enjoys playing competitive tennis and is an active member of both USTA and CALTA teams. She also enjoys photography, equestrian activities, kayaking, travel, reading, and walking on the beach with her dogs.
