Kathy has traveled extensively in the U.S. and Europe and lived in New York City, Boston, Houston and 10 years in the Washington, D.C. area before escaping the Beltway in 2000 for Delaware where she became a licensed Realtor. She is the Broker/Owner of Active Adults Realty. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and a past member of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC®). Kathy primarily works with baby boomers, many of whom are buying second homes, vacation homes or relocating to Delaware in anticipation of retirement. Kathy is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®).
