Having worked on more than a hundred real estate projects, she has gained insight into all levels of land development from acquisition to horizontal to vertical and sell out. Susan then assisted her husband in opening a start-up company, but her passion for real estate developments product mix, builder programming, branding, positioning, social marketing, sales and being a part of a team brought her to work in the Executive Team at Currahee. Susan is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the National Land Developers Council, the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors Licensed SC, GA, VA, NC, CO, TN, and the Urban Land Institute. She was educated at the University of South Carolina and is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, a Certified Site Agent and MIRM Candidate.
