Keith has been a licensed North Carolina real estate broker since 1984 in the Wilmington area, where he has lived since boyhood. A graduate of the Cape Fear Academy in Wilmington, he went on to Campbell College, where he played varsity soccer and was a member of the college’s major theater group. He started his business career by developing Coastal Golfaway, a golf package tourism company based in Wilmington before joining the real estate sales division of The Island Agency on Bald Head Island. On Bald Head, he worked with clients from all over the world, developing both solid business relationships and long-lasting personal friendships as well. When River Landing arranged for Intracoastal Realty to take over the sales efforts for the community, Keith was the logical choice to lead the department.
An avid golfer, Keith has been an active member of the North Carolina Golf Rating Panel since 1998 and a member of the NC Sports Hall of Fame Election Committee. He has played most of the golf courses in the state and is happy to offer opinions on any of them. He has also served as Chairman of the New Hanover County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and was involved with the development of the two newest parks in the county.
Keith is married and has three children. He loves most Carolina sports teams; his house, he says, is filled with East Carolina University graduates.
